Six Powerful Habits for 2010

The beginning of the year is a time when many of us are examining our habits, the "good" and the "bad". Here are some habits to consider as you plan your winning season. The following is a list of six habits taken from Kim Fulcher's book, "Remodel Your Reality":

The Habit of Gratitude – You appreciate your blessings instead of focusing on what you don’t have.
The Habit of Possibility – When a problem occurs, you see opportunity instead of catastrophe.
The Habit of Acceptance – You invest your energy in correcting problems instead of wallowing in anger or regret.
The 3 Habits of Action:
The Habit of Self Care – You do what you need to do to take care of yourself.
The Habit of Self-Connection – You take the time to really know yourself.
The Habit of Play – You take regularly time out to have fun.
